Thailand: It's not all doom and gloom

With all of the noise on the world's current state of affairs it is hard to say how the financial crisis will affect Thailand. This coupled with the political situation of Thailand has the market stuttering at the moment and prices falling, transforming the red hot property market in southern Thailand into a buyers market. And with more and more savvy investors and retirees wanting to secure their spot in paradise, it is only a matter of time until their full confidence returns. Don't think it will return quickly?
